Adobe published on Devnet Flash Builder articles a great post with loads of tips and tricks on how to speed up your work.
Some are old but some are new and if used wisely can really speed up your daily coding work.

Apparently, the good folks as Adobe^TM have decided to help those of us out there that were affected by the current economic condition and are currently unemployed.

Basically, they are willing to provide you with a free license of Flex Builder, assuming:

1. You are not currently employed or being paid to develop software applications or web pages.

2. Adobe Flex Builder 3 Software you receive under this program is for your personal use to learn about Adobe Flex and improve your skills .

3. Your license to use Flex Builder 3 under this program will not be used for production or commercial purposes, nor will it be transferred to any other person or entity, including to your employer should you become employed.
